Notes & Terms

• All glass is Monolithic Laminated (safety) 4 / 4 mm — Guardian SunGuard® HD Plus Grey T solar-control + 4 mm clear float.
• The sliding doors and the skylight are made of the same glass specification.
• Front, left & right walls are fully sliding (no fixed) — leaves stack onto one panel, gathering at the front-left corner; rear = 2 fixed WPC privacy screens; skylight = fixed glazed roof.
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include the glass to the specification stated above.
• Payment terms: 70% advance on contract, 30% on installation.
• Delivery & installation: within 15 days from the date of the advance payment.
• Dimensions are approximate and to be re-measured on site before fabrication and execution.
• This quotation is valid for 15 days from its date.
